The problem was that Zora Golcevska didn’t know how to fit them together to form a big picture, and in every effort she put forth the exercise only became more maddening. In time, she was mad at God, whoever He might be. So 2 years ago when Golcevska’s junior college coach Eric Baron suggested that she continue her track & field career at a Christian university by the name of Azusa Pacific, Golcevska instinctively laughed out loud. “Coach was tolerant enough with me to laugh at his idea,” said Zora as she began to retrace the steps toward one of the most difficult yet significant decisions in her life. “He convinced me to look at APU. I like challenges in my life, and this was one of the biggest ones because it was a Christian school.
