New York will be the scene of the First revival of the intercollegiate indoor track and field championship meet since before the war. This decision, which was reached at a meeting of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America, following Monday's cross-country' title run here, was made public yesterday. The meet will take place in the Twenty-second Regiment Armory on March 11.
