I would like to take a minute of your time today, and discus with you a important topic thats increasingly prevalent in todays society. That topic, is plagiarism. In order to engage in a meaningful, two way conversation about plagiarism, it must first be made sure that all parties involved have an equal understanding of the topic at hand.

The word plagiarism comes from the Latin "plagiarius," meaning "to plunderer." Such as in, "The pirate want to the club with his drank and his two step, so he could plagiarius da booty." Now if you put the work in laymen's terms, such as stated in the Merriam-Webster dictionary....
Pronunciation: ˈplā-jə-ˌri-zəm also -jē-ə-
Function: noun
Date: 1621
Definition 1: The method and/or practice of getting and A in a meaningless art/history/english GenEd class.
Definition 2: Google.
Now that we are on even ground, i just want to know when it became "hip" for teachers and professionals to start looking at what people actually turn in. It is a well documented fact, thats as college enrollment rates have gone up 14%, over the same time period that GRE scored have decreased an astounding 27.8%. This just proves that the same 73 term papers have been circulating college campuses the world over since 1964, That was the year Al Gore invented the GoogleNet. Secondly, this proves that not a single "New" idea has been had since. PS3, Gutar Hero, even yogurt in those little tubes, are all idea dating back to Pre-1964. Just look how well Plagiarism has been working for this country. Do you think The US would be in Iraq right now if it weren't for the wonders of plagiarism? Heck no! George W. Bush's "credible evidence of WMD's," was just a "paraphrased" report by George Washington, about the british, he found on Google. Look how well that worked out! Bloody brilliant!

So as for teachers Googling your papers.... lame!

anyways... I just wanted to say that from now on I'm just going to be copying my blogspot blog onto hear so you all can read it. But i'm not giving my self permission and i will not site it with MLA citations. VIVA LA RESISTANCE!
