This is the only video i have of me running. Its from my junior year at UA. We went down to Puerto Rico for a training trip in the winter of...'05?? Anyways, this is a video of me running the 600 on last day of our trip. While i was there... i drank the water, so i pretty much had spent the last three days puking my brains out in a comatose....
